摘要
Evidence-based decision making in health care is hampered by the fact that there are few proven methods sufficient to produce rapid implementation of priority research findings. A key challenge is that the simple, well-controlled interventions tested in much dissemination research are not up to the task of promoting change in the complex adaptive systems that deliver health care.We need conceptual models and research methods that take this complexity into account.
