摘要
病毒es are common 智能體s of plant infectious 疾病s. During last decades;worldwide agriculture production has been compromised by a series of 流行病學cs caused by new 病毒es that spilled over from reservoir 物種 or by new variants of classic 病毒es that show new pathogenic and 流行病學ological properties. 病毒 湧現 has been generally associated with ecological change or with intensive agronomical practices. However, the complete picture is much more complex since the viral 族群s constantly evolve and adapt to their new hosts and vectors. This chapter puts 湧現 of plant 病毒es into the framework of 演化ary 生態學, 遺傳s, and 流行病學. We will stress that viral 湧現 begins with the 隨機 傳播 of preexisting 遺傳 variants from the reservoir to the new host, whose fate depends on their fitness on each hosts, followed by 適應 to new hosts or vect
