摘要
Competing 系統發育 models have been proposed to explain the success of 物種 introduced to other communities. Here, we present a study predicting the establishment success of birds introduced to Florida, Hawaii, and New Zealand using several alternative models, considering 物種’ 系統發育 relatedness to source and recipient range taxa, propagule pressure, and traits. We find consistent support for the predictive ability of source region 系統發育 structure. However, we find that the effects of recipient region 系統發育 structure vary in sign and magnitude depending on inclusion of source region 系統發育 structure, delineation of the recipient 物種 pool, and the use of 系統發育 correction in the models.
